Say "no" to the Crazy Train and the things on board that give you the involuntary shudder.
Say "yes" to the peaceful people, sweet moments, and life-giving things in your world.
Do something nice today for someone else without expecting anything in return.
Give what you have, and then give a little more.
Take more deep breaths and be the bigger person.
And give yourself (and others) a little more grace when necessary.
